1. About Our Service

Murga Chawal Rasoi is a home kitchen that prepares authentic Bihari cuisine on a pre-order basis. We are not a restaurant. All food is cooked fresh after your order is placed using premium, branded ingredients.

2. Pre-Orders & Delivery

• All orders are pre-orders. Most items require 4–6 hours of advance notice.
• Available delivery time slots are displayed at checkout based on the kitchen's operating hours and each product's preparation time.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and preparation requirements.

3. Account & Registration

• You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to use our service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

4. Payments

• All prices displayed include applicable taxes.
• Payment is required at the time of checkout (online) or upon delivery (COD).
• We use Razorpay for secure payment processing.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order while it is in "Pending" or "Accepted" status.
• Once ingredient procurement or preparation has begun, cancellation is not possible, as all food is cooked fresh specifically for your order.

We are committed to using only high-quality, branded ingredients. Ingredient details are displayed on each product page. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please review these before ordering and contact us with any concerns.
